Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available) will be sent.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected destinations. If your location is not available during checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with the laws and regulations of their destination country.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • United Kingdom: 1–3 business days

  • International Orders: 5–15 business days (subject to customs clearance and local postal services)

Shipping Charges

Return Shipping
