Refund & Returns Policy
Research Products
Due to the specialised nature of our products, items sold by CuraChem Research are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
For safety and quality assurance reasons, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or handled after delivery, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied in error.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- The wrong item
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the problem
After reviewing your claim, we may offer:
- A replacement product
- A refund
- Store credit, where appropriate
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items damaged through improper handling or storage after delivery
- Products returned without prior authorisation
- Orders where incorrect shipping information was supplied by the customer
- Delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Return Shipping
Where a return is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- Our error
- A defective product
- A damaged product received during delivery
Returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
